— About EBlink —

Built by someone who's done the job.

About EBlink CRM: EBlink wasn’t dreamed up in a boardroom. It was built by a practising CFP® who got tired of watching good consultants lose deals to bad systems.

The founder

I'm Jose Joseph, CFP®.

I’ve spent over 15 years in financial services — the last 7+ of them deep in employer benefits consulting. Retirement funds, group risk, medical aid, and the whole compliance load that comes with managing a book of employer group clients.

I built EBlink because I got tired of watching good consultants — including myself — lose time and lose deals to the same problem: not bad advice, but bad systems for managing it.

“
Not bad advice — bad systems for managing it.
— The problem every EB consultant knows —

One client is never one relationship.

Retail CRMs weren’t built for this job. A single employer group is a retirement fund renewal, a group risk review, a medical aid accreditation check, and three regulatory deadlines — all on separate clocks, all under one client.

Separate clocks

So EB consultants end up running their practice on spreadsheets, sticky notes, and memory. Renewal dates get missed. FAIS and FICA documentation gets chased down the week before an audit instead of tracked the whole year. CPD hours get logged in a panic before the end-of-May deadline.

None of this is because consultants are careless — it’s because no tool was ever built to hold the actual shape of this work.

— What EBlink does differently —

Built around the actual shape of the work.

Not a general CRM with insurance fields bolted on. A CRM and compliance platform built from the ground up around one job.

every deadline surfaced before it becomes a crisis

Every renewal.
Every deadline.
Every client.
Why this matters to me

I'm not building this from the outside looking in.

I’m still practising. Every feature in EBlink exists because I needed it, or because a colleague described a gap that nearly cost them a client.

This isn’t a theoretical product built by people who’ve never sat across from a principal officer during renewal season. It’s the tool I built for my own practice first.

Built by a consultant who still does the job every day.
— What we stand for —

About EBlink CRM: the principles behind it.

Four commitments shape every release, because they are what a benefits practice needs from the system that runs its book.

Built around the employer group

One client is never one relationship, so the employer group sits at the centre of every record, with each product on its own clock.

Compliance in the workflow

FAIS, FICA, Section 14 and CPD are tracked all year, not chased the week before an audit.

Plain Rand pricing

No setup fee, no feature paywalls on the essentials, and you can change or cancel anytime.

Privacy by design

Role-based access and POPIA-aware data scoping from day one, so people only see what they should.
